U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washiington, DC 20555-0001 Southern Nuclear Operating Company Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 3 and 4 Supplement to Exemption from Operator Written Examination and Operating Test for Unit 4 Licenses Ladies and Gentlemen; Pursuant to 10 CFR 55.11, "Specific Exemptions," Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) requested, via ND-21-0427 (ML21189A154), dated July 8, 2021, an exemption from taking a written examination and operating test for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit 4 licensed operator candidates. The licensed operator candidates that this exemption applies to were listed in Enclosure 2 of ND-21-0427. However, due to a staffing change, a revised list of licensed operator candidates is being provided via the Enclosure to this letter. The Enclosure in this letter replaces Enclosure 2 of the previous letter in its entirety, and there are no technical changes to the original submittal beyond the revised list of licensed operator candidates.

This letter contains no regulatory commitments. This letter has been reviewed and determined not to contain security-related information.

SNC requests NRC staff approval of the requested exemption by November 30, 2021.
