SECY-85-79-PROPOSED LICENSE TO EXPORT NUCLEAR GRADE GRAPHITE TO JAPAN (XMAT0315)

This is to advise you that the Commission (with all Commissioners E agreeing) has approved your recommendation to authorize issuance of license XMAT0315 to the Union Carbide Corporation for the export of 11,189 pounds (5,076 kilograms) of nuclear grade graphite to Japan.

The Office of International Programs was advised of this action on March 19, 1985.
