SECY-85 PLANNING THE REVIEW OF DOE'S PROJECT DECISION SCHEDULE FOR THE HIGH-LEVEL WASTE REPOSITORY PROGRAM This is to advise you that the Commission (with all Commissioneirs agreeing) has approved SECY-85-40.

The Commission also agreed to modifications to the schedule as noted in the attached copy of Enclosure 1.
