ORIGIN HEAVY WATER FROM WEST GERMANY AND SWITZERLAND TO KOREA This is to advise you that the Commission (with all Commissioners agreeing) has approved your recommendation to dispatch a response

-to DOE advising that NRC does not object to approval of the proposed retransfers of 4,000 kilograms of U.S.-origin heavy water from West Germany to Korea and 1610 kilograms from Switzerland to Korea for use in the Wolsung reactor.
