l Tony ask me to review the rule. I found one change I thought would make the
- Summary clearer", one change needed to ensure consistency with other similar provisions, and one provision relating to the PDR that was overlooked (I missed it to when i did my review last year). I spoke to Sandy Northern because Russ was out and she agrees the changes are needed/or acceptable. I have faxed a copy to David Meyer and Chip Cameron for there review and explain these matters to Tony. Chip says he will get back to us no later than Monday (he is on the road to New England). So I think if you agree with these and Chip and David concur Tony should be able to sign this out next Tuesday. They are as follows: Ican provide you a markup if you would like.
Page 1:
I am suggesting the summary language be changed in the second sentence from "This amendment is to intended to reflect a new document management system.. " to "These amendments are intended to l
reflect the NRC decision to implement a new document management system.. "
Page 27:
I added a " /or" to an "and" to be consistent how references were made to the Web site and/or PDR in similar provisions elsewhere in the rule.
Page 40-1 I found that Section 60.63 (f) which references information being available in the PDR was not included !
and should have been. That provision would now read " Proposals submitted under this section, and responses thereto, shall be made available at the NRC Web site, http://www.nrc. gov and/or at the NRC 4 Public Document Room.
