' Per your telephone request this morning, I am sending you the memo and draft rule amending 10 CFR regarding the discontinuance of the LPDRs and the electronic availability of public records, via email since the copy provided to RIV for concurrence has been misplaced, or may not have been received.

As I mentioned during our conversation, the copy of the draft rule being provided is not exactly as previously mailed out. This version does have some corrections / additions from comments already incorporated.

Please respond as soon as possible.
