PROPOSED RULE-ELECTRONIC AVAILABILiiY OF NRC PUBLIC RECORDS AND ENDING OF NRC LOCAL PUBLIC DOCUMENT ROOM PROGRAM in response to your April 13,1999, memorandum documenting the subject rulemaking, below you will find our comments.

- On pages 13,39, and 46 (the new definition of the Public Document Room) please 'add

'6 months after successful" as per the attached.

- On page 27 should we not state that we will charge ' current rates" rather than to specify a number in a rufemaking?
