FINAL RULE RE LPDRs Bill Beecher has concurred in the final rule package that A. Galante sent out 12/30 concerning the replscement of existing LPDRs with electronic public records that will be available to the public through computers at public libraries.

We plan to issue a press release on this action when OPA is notified that the signed Federal Register Notice is sent to the PDR. Joe Gilliland, OPA will coordinate the press release with you/your staff before it is issued.
