' SUBJECT: INSPECTION NO. 150-00004/99-004 3 Dear Mr. Hedger.
On April 21,1999, Thomas K. Thompson and Sattar Lodhi of this office conducted a safety i inspection at 785 Totowa Road, Totowa, New Jersey of activities authorized under the license listed above. Your activities in NRC jurisdiction are authorized by a general license granted by 10 CFR 150.20(a). The inspection was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's regulations and the license {
conditions. The inspection was limited to observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel, and a selected examination of representative records related to activities within the NRC's jurisdiction. The inspection was limited to a review of the loading of a High Dose Rate Afterloader with a new Ir-192 source. The findings of the inspection were discussed with Leslie Forrest, Jr. of your organization at the conclusion of the inspection. ,
l Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules and Practices," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply to this letteris required.
