- SUBJECT:~ INSPECTION NO. 150-00004/98-007 Dear Mr. Hedger.

On April 23,1998, Eric Rober of this office conducted a safety inspection at 460 Creamery Way, Suite B, Exton, Pennsylvania of activities authorized under the license listed above. Your activities in NRC Jurisdiction are authorized by a general license granted by 10 CFR 150.20(a).-

The inspection was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate to ramation safety and to compliance with the Commission's regulations and the license conditions. The inspection was limited to observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel, and a selected examination of representative records related to activities within the NRC's jurisdiction.

The inspection was limited to a review of source change and preventive maintenance activities The findings of the inspection were discussed with Leslie Forrest and Jim Wilson of your organization at the conclusion of the inspection Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's * Rules and Practices," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply to this letteris required. l I
