SUBJECT:

DRAFT PROPOSED RULE TO ALLOW ONSITE INCINEPATICh 0F SLIGHTLY CCNT/MINATED WASTE OIL AT NUCLEAR REACTORS, 10 CFR 20.305 The subject draft proposed rule appears to increase the burden associated with reperting chances er additions associated with incineration. This increats in burden will need te be added to the existing 10 CFR Part 50 burden once the rule is codified but must be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OVB) at the proposed rule stage. The recordkeeping requirement appears to be a new infomation collection that also rust be submitted to OMB before the proposed rule can be published.
