PROPOSED RULE TO ALLOW ONSITE INCINERATION OF SLIGHTLY CONTAMINATED WASTE OIL AT NUCLEAR REACTORS In response to your memorandum of February 24, 1988, we have reviewed the subject proposed rule, and concur in the rule and associated documentation, with one language change. The recomended change is on page 4 of the transmittal from Stello to the Comissioners. That is, change the last 3 words of line 4 and the first 3 words of line 5 to: ... retain the following types of records in accordance with applicable NRC record retention requirements: ...
