"Disposal of Waste Oil by Incineration," which was assented to by the Comission according to SECY memorandum dated August 3,1988.

Since the notice includes a partial denial of PRM-20-15, a letter of denial l

will be sent to the petitioners just prior to the publication of the Federal Register notice. A denial letter is also enclosed for your signature.
