Dear Mr. Pacilio:

On June 23,2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a supplementalinspection pursuant to Inspection Procedure 95001 at your Limerick Generating Station, Units 1and 2 to follow up on previous security inspection findings. The enclosed inspection reportdocuments the inspection results, which were discussed at the exit meeting on June 23,2011,with Mr. William McGuire and other members of your staff. The NRC was informed of yourreadiness for the inspection on March 2, 2011.The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security andcompliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewedpersonnel.As a result of this inspection, no findings were identified.In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will beavailable electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from thePublicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's document system,Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessiblefrom the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public ElectronicReading Room). However, because of the security-related information contained in theenclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter's enclosure will not beavailable for public inspection.Enclosure contains Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information.
