LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO THE PETITION TO INTERVENE OF THE STATE OF VERMONT The Licensee responds to the Petition to Intervene of the State of Vermont filed in the above-entitled proceeding, noticed at 53 Fed. Reg. 2115 (Jan. 26, 1988), by saying that the State of Vermont has stated sufficient interest and that if the State of Vermont files at least one acceptable contention ac contemplated by 10 CFR 2.714 it should be admitted as a party to any adjudicatory proceedings that are required.
