ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE OF INQUIRY Q4-83-017
- 1. On July 15, 1983, 01 Field Office, Region IV, opened an Inquiry, Case File No. Q4-83-017, regarding an allegation of intimidation of quality control inspectors by Mercury Co., a subcontracting firm at Waterford-3. Interview of the alleger disclosed an investigation is warranted.
- 2. Based on the foregaong information Inquiry Q4-83-017 is administratively closed and Investigation 4-83-014 is opened.
