Per a phone conversation between Joe D Antonio and myself on 03/3 1/2005, it was agreed that a copy of the Examination Security Agreement be sent instead of the original. The original will be sent later when all signatures are obtained.
The accompanying Examination Security Agreement and Attachment 1 contain the original signatures of all the individuals required to close out the above agreement between Joe D Antonio and myself. Attachment 1 was required to collect the signatures of people on rotating shifts and was posted in the Millstone Unit 2 control room until all signatures were obtained.
