NPF-49 SENIOR REACTOR OPERA TOR AND REACTOR OPERATOR INITIAL LICENSE EXAMINATIONS-OPERATING TEST OUTLINES In a letter dated February 9, 2023, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DENC) furnish and submit operating test outlines for Senior Reactor Operator and Reactor Operator Initial License Examinations - Millstone Power Station Unit 3 (MPS3), by April 10, 2023. Administration of the examinations will take place at Millstone Power Station during the weeks of September 11, 2023 and September 18, 2023. In addition, the NRC will make an examination validation visit to MPS3 the week of August 14, 2023.
Consistent with guidance contained in NUREG-1021 Examination Standard 201,, "Examination Security and Integrity Considerations," the outlines contained in the attached enclosure should be withheld from public disclosure until after the examination has been completed. No redacted versions are being supplied.
