SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES Highlights Vermont Yankee operated for 15 of 30 days in the report period. For the entire month of September, the plant operated at an average of 46.3's of rated thermal power. Gross electrical generation for the month was 174,880 MWHe, or 45*. of design electrical capacity. On September 16th, the plant shut down for refueling.

Operation Summary The follawing is a chronological description of plant operations, including other pertinent items of interest for the month:
