OFFICE OF NUCLEAR REACTOR REGULATION REVIEW OF NON-PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE THREE MILE ISLAND, UNIT NO. 2 ACCIDENT FOR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE In response to the Records and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/Privacy Services Branchs memorandum dated July 2, 2004, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) performed a review of the non-publicly available documents relating to the Three Mile Island, Unit No. 2 (TMI-2) accident, for which NRR has functional responsibility. The attached list contains documents that were determined to be within the scope of this review. The list indicates whether the document should be made available to the public, and the applicable Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption criteria if the document is to be withheld.
