i The Intervenor, the City of Mentor, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. E2.742 requests that the Commonwealth of Kentucky,within 10 days after service of this request, i

make the following admissions under oath or affirmation that the following ,

statements are true. $

1. That the Commonwealth of Kentucky does not have written and compre-hensive standard operating procedures for emergency operation centers.

2. That the Commonwealth of Kentucky does not have written and compre-hensive standard operating procedures for notification of all concerned parties ,

in the event of an accident.

3 That the Commonwealth of Kentucky does not have written and compre-I hensive standard operating procedures for schools in the event of an accident.
