APPLICANTS' FOURTH SET OF INTERROGATORIES TO MIAMI VALLEY POWER PROJECT Definitions and Instructions The definitions and instructions are the same as contained in " Applicants' Second Set of Interrogatories to Miand Valley Power Project" dated December 19, 1978.

Interrogatories

1. List the names and addresses of all members of the Project at the time that its original petition for leave to intervene in the Zimmer proceeding was filed.
2. If any individual listed in response to Interroga-tory 1, above, is no longer a member of the Project, list the date on which he or she ceased to be an active member and the date he or she ceased being a member.
3. For each individual listed in the Project's response to Interrogatory 1 (Applicants' Second Set) list the date on which he or she became a member.
4. Provide a copy of the charter, by-laws and any other organic document of the Project.

5. List the officers of the Project, give the date each was first elected and subsequently re-elected.
