JOINT INTERVENOR'S REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM Joint Intervenors hereby request the presiding officer of this Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to issue a subpoena duces tecum in the form attached hereto to John W. Eldridge, Jr., Emergency Management Specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (" FEMA"), Region IX, who will be called to testify on behalf of the NRC Staff at the January 19, 1982 hearing in this proceeding. The subpoena duces tecum directs Mr. Eldridge to produce specified analyses and findings prepared by FEMA with respect to (1) the State of California Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Response Plan, and_(2) the Santa Barbara County Emergency Response Plan, if any such document exists. Issuance of the subpoena is authorized by'10 C.F.R.
S 2.720.
