GOVERNOR'S APPLICATION FOR SUBPOENA DIRECTED TO THE IDVP Governor Deukmejian hereby respectfully applies to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. section 2. TRO, for a subpoena to compel production of evidence by the Independent verification Program ("IDVP") at the commencing on October 31, 1983.
The evidence sought to be produced is attached hereto.
Each request is either for a document that is explicitly referred to or relied upon in the IDVP's prefiled direct testimony, or is for the documentation that forms the basis for a portion of such testimony.
Each requested document or document category is accompanied by a citation to the portion of the IDVP's direct testimony that refers to or is based upon the document.
