Thank you for your reply dated February 22, 2007, which you submitted in response to Notices Of Violation EA-06-269 and EA-06-273. As discussed with Mr. R. Proffitt on May 18, 2007, a Supplemental Inspection (IP 95001) is scheduled to be conducted from June 25 - 29, 2007.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
