Gross electrical generation was 373,797 MWH e er 93.04% of design electrical capacity.

Operating Summary The following is a chronological description of plant operations including other pertinent items of interest for the month:

8/1/81 At the beginning of the reporting period the plant was operating at 99.8% of rated thermal power. ,

.8/1/81 At 0830 hrs. a power reduction was initiated for a control rod pattern exchange. OtMer plant maintenance and surveillance items were completed at thi= time. -

8/1/81 At 2000 hrs. a return to full power was initiated.

8/27/81 At 2200 hrs. a power reduction was initiated to investigate a condensate demineralizer problem.

8/28/81 At 0015 hrs. a return to full power was initiated.

8/31/81 At the end of the reporting period the plant was operating at 99.8% of rated thermal power. '-
