NuScale Power, LLC Submittal of Presentation Materials titled "LTC RAI Closure Plan," PM-1118-63594, Revision O NuScale Power, LLC in a meeting on Nm.ember 14, 2018, presented materials to support discussions related to NuScale DCA Chapter 15 on Long Term Cooling Request for Additional Information (RAI) responses. During this meeting NuScale agreed to provide a nonprietary version of the slides discussed. is the proprietary presentation titled "LTC RAI Closure Plan." NuScale requests that this presentation be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR § 2.390. Enclosure 1 has also been determined to contain Export Controlled Information. This information must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR § 81 O. The enclosed affidavit (Enclosure 3) supports this request. Enclosure 2 is the non proprietary version of the presentation entitled "LTC RAI Closure Plan."

This letter makes no regulatory commitments and no revisions to any existing regulatory commitments.
