PROPOSED TECilNICAL SPECIFICATION CilANGE No. 29 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical l Specifications, to Operating License No. NPF-4 for the North Anna Power

Station, Unit No. 1. The proposed changes are enclosed and have been designated as Change No. 29.

The proposed changes reficct a revision of Table 3.7-4,

. " Safety Related Ilydraulic Squbbers." The revision reficcts the addition of hydraulic snubbers as a result of design changes. The proposed

! additions of hydraulic snubbers are intended to bring the affected systems into conformance with FSAR commitments; however, the additions will not change any systems as described in the FSAR.

This proposed change has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the System Nuclear Safety and Operating

Committee. It has been determined that this change does not involve an

. unreviewed safety question.

The proposed change has been evaluated in accordance with the criteria in 10 CFR 170.22 and has been found to Ec administrative in nature; therefore, a Class II license amendment fee is required.
