(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station)

Docket No. 50-293-LR; ASLBP No. 06-848-02-LR

Dear Office of Commission Appellate Adjudication:

3 On February 28,1 March 2,2 and March 6, 2012, Pilgrim Watch filed unauthorized supplements to its petitions for review of the Licensing Board decisions LBP-12-01 and LBP-11-20. These supplements provide news articles that Pilgrim Watch considers material and asks be included in the record. Entergy and the NRC Staff have previously objected to similar requests,4 and the Commission rejected them.5 Rather than continuing to file individual responses to these purported supplements, Entergy hereby registers its standing objection to such unauthorized filings and to Pilgrim Watchs improper attempts to have the Commission consider on appeal newspaper articles that were not before the Board.

Sincerely,
