At 0825 EDT, a dead sturgeon was recovered at the 13A circ water intake structure. The sturgeon was 1067 mm long and had damage to its head. The licensee made offsite notifications to Marine Services at the New Jersey State Marine and Wildlife Agency. The Lower Alloway Creek Township and the NRC Resident Inspector were also notified.

The logbook entry has been sent to the R1DO (Trapp) and the Endangered Speicies Group 1
