By letter dated October 20, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML11293A116), Paul Gunter, Kevin Kamps, Thomas Saporito, Paxus Calta, Alex Jack, Scott Price, and John Cruickshank (Petitioners) submitted a petition pursuant to Section 2.206 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) regulations with respect to North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
