YAEC Updated Response to NRC Access Authorization Order for ISFSI Plants On August 18, 2004(l) the NRC Staff issued an Order modifying Yankee Nuclear Power Station's (YNPS) current license to require compliance with the specified additional security measures (ASMs).

Yankee Atomic Electric Company has complied with the additional security measures except to the extent that a more stringent requirement is set forth in the YNPS Security Plan. Implementation of ASM B.4, shall be implemented no later than 365 days from the date of the Order.
