RE: Orders on NTTF [Near Term Task Force] Recommendations Thank you for bring this to my attention. I traced the obsolete information to a dataset established to produce the planned Volume 23 of the Information Digest (2011-2012). The Information Digest (2010-2011) had the correct information. Consequently, I dont know how the older information replaced the later information.

Nevertheless, the dataset was used to prepare licensee contact information associated with the subject SECY paper, and you, Point Beach, and Seabrook were affected by this error. (St. Lucie and Turkey Point were not.)

I have (1) notified the branch that is listed as point of contact for the affected information; (2) Ccd the other affected Project Managers; and (3) contacted a Project Manager working on the Japan Lessons Learned activity concerned with the SECY paper. For any SECY-related correspondence that is directed through me, I will look for the correct information.

Continue to notify me if you see incorrect information coming to you.

Orders on NTTF Recommendations I noticed in the SECY sending up the draft Orders to the Commission, that we're listed in the Attachments as "FPL Energy Duane Arnold, LLC." Seeing as how that company no longer exists, and there is no Operating License with that name on it as the licensee, would the Order be legally valid if issued that way? Just kidding, but you might want to give folks back there the heads up that the Orders really should be issued with "NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC."
