Mike, I have all the information that I need to request your protected area badges, with the exception of your good guy letter.

Usually, the administrative clerk in the residents office provides that to licensing, but she only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ill need to check with her tomorrow.

The process when you arrive is as follows (see attached map).

1. Come in at the Broadway Vehicle Access Gate. Your names will be on the gate list, so Security will allow you to enter.
2. Proceed to Access Control for hand geometry scanning and to pick-up your badges. Access Control is located on the second floor of the Training Building.
3. After picking up your badge, you may obtain a parking pass which would allow you to park in the employee lots.

The pass is issued by the OCA office which is in the EOF. Note that you do not need a pass to park in the contractor lot.

4. Proceed to the Generation Support Building (GSB). Engineering is on the third floor. Licensing is on the second floor.

I have a call in to Access Control to find out what time they close. Will let you know when I find out.

Thanks, Richard Louie rlouie@entergy.com Regulatory Assurance Indian Point Energy Center (914) 254-6618 From: Wentzel, Michael [1]

LRA Audit

Rich, I wanted to check in to make sure that you have everything you need from us for the audit. If there is anything else you need, please let me know. Also, I wanted to confirm when your badging office closes. As we had previously discussed, we will probably try to get our badges after we get in on Monday, but it would not be until later in the day, probably around 4:30pm.
Thanks, 1
