Tritium CR A condition reported was entered on the positive results for the three IPEC tritium results. The CR reads as follows:

JAF, CR-2006-0545 Positive results reported for three Indian Point Energy Center environmental samples analyzed at the JAF environmental lab appear to be the result of cross contamination in the tritium analyzer based on an initial investigation. Reanalysis of the samples resulted in less than detectable activity in these same samples.

Samples affected were IP-06-044, IP-06-045 and IP-06-046.
