-MARKED-UP PAGES FOR LICEN~E CHANGE REQUESTS S95-13 and H95-06 FOR SALEM GENERATING STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 AND HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NUMBERS DPR-70 1 DPR-75 1 AND NPF-57 DOCKET NOS. 50-272, 50-311, AND 50~354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company's (PSE&G) letter dated January 11, 1996 (LR-N95092)' requested an amendment to the Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75 for Salem Generating station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and NPF-57 for Hope Creek Generating Station. The requested amendment revised Section 6.0 (Administrative Controls) of the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations' Technical Specifications.

The amendment request inadvertently omitted two sections, 6.2.1.d and 6.2.2.a, on page 6-1 of the Salem Unit 2 specifications. The omitted sections were not affected by the amendment request and are included on the attached marked-up page for Salem Unit 2.

The amendment relocates Section 6.5, Review and Audits, from each set of Technical Specifications. Section 6.5 contains the requirements associated with the Station Operations Review Committee (SORC) and the Offsite Safety Review Group (OSR).

Previously submitted page 6-16 of the Salem Units 1 & 2 and page 6-14 of the Hope Creek Technical Specifications utilized ~h~ _
