Location of Meeting: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region III Office Suite 210 2443 Warrenville Road Lisle, IL 60532-4352 Purpose of Meeting: This is a meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC, to discuss the significance associated with an apparent violation of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion V for the failure to have a procedure appropriate to the circumstances to address external flooding as described in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The apparent violation is discussed in Inspection Report 05000266/2013011 and 05000301/2013011 and the preliminary significance appears to be of substantial safety significance (Yellow).
