Letter from TVA to NRC, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) - Extension Request Regarding the Flooding Hazard Reevaluation Report Required by NRC Request for Information Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 50.54(f) Regarding Recommendation 2.1, Flooding, of the Near-Term Task Force Review of Insights from the Fukushima Dai-ichi Accident, dated March 12, 2013 (ML13080A073)

On March 12, 2013, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) provided the referenced letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Page E1A2-7 of Enclosure 1 of the referenced letter, provided a list of flood mode related spool pieces which were identified by their respective TVA unique component identifier numbers (UNIDs). One of the UNIDs, 0-SPPC-067-0687, was identified as having an incorrect unit designator number. This condition was documented in the Corrective Action Program.

The purpose of this letter is to provide the correct UNID for the spool piece provided in the referenced letter. The UNID 0-SPPC-067-0687 should have been provided as UNID 1-SPPC-067-0687.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 February 27, 2014 There are no new regulatory commitments in this letter. If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Kevin Casey at (423) 751-8523.
