On April 29, 2014, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2014-05, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations." RIS 2014-05 requests that licensees voluntarily submit projections of their site-specific operator licensing examination schedules as well as the estimated number of applicants planning to take operator licensing and generic fundamental examinations for years 2016-2019.
Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) hereby provides as enclosures to this letter the requested information on NRC form 536 for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant- Units 1 and 2, Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant- Units 1 and 2, and Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Units 1 and 2.
