This occurrence has been classified as a condition leading to operation in a degraded mode permitted by a limiting condition for operation or plant shutdown required by a limiting condition for operation.

The relay contacts were cleaned and the retest was satis-7 8 9 10151 !factory. 7 8 9 Dust covers will be installed to enclose these relays. (ER-76-09)
