Dear Administrative Judges:
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.1203 and 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's ("Board") November 29, 2017 Initial Scheduling Order , the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("Staff") herein notifies the Board and the parties that the hearing file has been supplemented for this proceeding. On or about February 10, 2019, materials in the hearing file may be accessed through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System ("ADAMS") and through the Electronic Hearing Docket ("EHD"). The EHD may be accessed at the following URL: http://adams.nrc.gov/ehd/. The hearing file will be contained in a sub-folder entitled, "Seabrook Docket No. 50
-443-LA-2" in the "Staff Discovery Materials

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the affidavit of Justin C.
