Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.1203 and 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) November 29, 2017 Initial Scheduling Order, the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) herein notifies the Board and the parties that the hearing file has been supplemented for this proceeding. On or about April 10, 2019, materials in the hearing file may be accessed through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) and through the Electronic Hearing Docket (EHD). The EHD may be accessed at the following URL: http://adams.nrc.gov/ehd/. The hearing file will be contained in a sub-folder entitled, Seabrook Docket No. 50-443-LA-2 in the Staff Discovery Materials folder of the EHD. An index containing the ADAMS accession number, date, and title or description of each item in the hearing file is appended hereto as Attachment 1.

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the affidavit of Justin C. Poole, certifying that all relevant materials required by this section have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete for documents identified as of March 15, 2019. In addition, pursuant to obligations under 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.336 and 2.203, the Staff is producing a proprietary log, identifying documents containing proprietary, sensitive, or privacy-related information, which is appended hereto as Attachment 2.

1. I am employed as a Project Manager in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. I currently serve as a project manager for Seabrook Station, Unit 1. Among other things, I have been assisting with the preparation of the hearing file and mandatory disclosures in connection with the license amendment request at issue in this proceeding.
2.
