Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.1203 and 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) November 29, 2017 Initial Scheduling Order, the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) herein certifies that it has not identified any documents subject to disclosure this month.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the affidavit of Justin C. Poole, certifying that all relevant materials required by this section have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete for documents identified as of April 24, 2019. In accordance with the Boards February 15, 2018 Revised Scheduling Order, the Staff has now completed its mandatory disclosures in this proceeding.

I, Justin C. Poole, do hereby state as follows:
- 1. I am employed as a Project Manager in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. I currently serve as a project manager for Seabrook Station, Unit 1. Among other things, I have been assisting with the preparation of the hearing file and mandatory disclosures in connection with the license amendment request at issue in this proceeding.
- 2.
