Filing Non-disclosure agreements of C-10 Board Members in the matter of NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (Seabrook Station Unit 1), Docket No. 50-443-LA-2
Dear Ms. Mattison,
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards November 29, 2017 Initial Scheduling Order, the C-10 Research and Education Foundation, Inc. (C-10) files these non-disclosure agreements with the docket. These were shared with the parties, NextEra and NRC Staff, on February 18, 2018. Per your instructions, I am filing through EIE so that some of these individuals may attend the closed portion of the hearing tomorrow, September 25 at Newburyport City Hall.
The individuals who may wish to attend the portions of the hearing are myself, and the following:
