Duke Power Company LLC, d/b/a Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 Dockets Nos. 50-269, 50-270, and 287 Request for Extension of Period of Enforcement Discretion during Implementation of NFPA 805 The NRC letter dated June 8, 2005 accepted Oconee Units 1, 2, and 3 as an NFPA Transition Pilot with a transition start date of June 1, 2005 and completion date of May 31, 2007 with a corresponding enforcement discretion period.
