Dear Mr. Giambusso TURKEY POINT UNIT NO. 3 DOCKET NO. 50-250 4 SAFETY RELATED HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS ACCESSIBLE DURING POWER OPERATION The inspection of the subject restraints in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter i of November 8, 1973, was completed on November 21, 1974. Two of

'! the twenty restraints inspected had indicated hydraulic fluid levels below the minimum allowable level and were replaced with

spare units. These restraints were located on the 3A Residual l Heat Removal Pump.
