Dear Mr.Bechhoefer:
The Susquehanna Environmental Advocates (SEA)were served with a"Motion to Dismiss SEA" by PP8 L on Friday, October 26, 1979.SEA filed a"Motion for Extension of Time" on September 12, 1979.We have received no ruling from the Board on our motion to this date. Thus is would seem that, as a matter of law, PPB L's motion is out of order, as well as being offensive.
Please advise SEA if this is the case.We see no need to file a response to PPB L's motion at this time.Sincerely, G.~.WW)F ce~'erald R.Schultz
