Dear Mr. Bechhoefer:
The Susquehanna Environmental Advocates (SEA) were served with a "Motion to Dismiss SEA" by PP8 L on Friday, October 26, 1979.
SEA filed a "Motion for Extension of Time" on September 12, 1979. We have received no ruling from the Board on our motion to this date. Thus is would seem that, as a matter of law, PPB L's motion is out of order, as well as being offensive.
Please advise SEA if this is the case. We see no need to file a response to PPB L's motion at this time.
Sincerely, G .~.WW)F ce~'erald R. Schultz
