LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 014B10 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Arizona Public Service's (APS's, the licensee's) potential submittal of a license amendment request to revise Technical Specification 3.7.4, "Atmospheric Dump Valves," The licensee withdrew a similar request in December 2010, as acknowledged by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) letter dated December 21, 2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML103440282).

CATEGORY 1:* The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
