Pursuant to the Notice of Availability of the Draft Supplement to Final Environmental Statement for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3', dated November 25, 1975, forty (40)copies of the Applicants'omments to such Draft Supplement are submitted herewith.We are also submitting as a part of these comments, forty (40)copies of a document entitled"Supplement to Transmission System Environmental Analysis-Project No.4," which describes and analyzes three alternate route segments of.preferred Alternative Route A'Red Lake Canyon to Mohave)of Project No.4, described and evaluated in Supplement No.6 to the PVNGS Environmental

'Report.Such alternate route segments bypass a subdivided area, known as Bridge Canyon Country Estates, located'mmediately west of Seligman, Arizona, and referred to in the Draft Supple-.ment in the paragraph commencing at the bottom of page S-9.This document is responsive not only to the observations made in such paragraph, but, also to the interest of the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee in considering acceptable means of bypassing the Bridge Canyon Country Estates subdivision., We are including with these comments an errata sheet applicable to Supplement No.6 to the-PVNGS Environmental Report which may be useful in reconcil'ing some of the comments to the Draft Statement with Supplement No.6.Southern California Edison Co.ANPP participants:
